Where contentious development sites require an extended consultation period or the targeted audience is deemed too large for a leaflet drop, it is often preferred to host a web based consultation either in replacement of an exhibition or to run in conjunction with it.

These sites are small scale with around 4-6 pages documenting details of the site and its proposals as well as a comments form for responses to the development to be submitted.
